Idalia Burnett

Director of Financial Development

Idalia Burnett serves as Director of Financial Development at Servant Solutions, where she helps strengthen retirement readiness and financial confidence among members. In her role, she focuses on expanding access to financial education and supporting long-term planning efforts that meet people where they are.

Before joining Servant Solutions, Idalia worked in branch management at Fifth Third Bank in Fishers, Indiana, one of the bank’s top-performing locations. She led daily operations, supported a diverse client base, and worked closely with an investment advisor to connect individuals and families with appropriate banking, investment, and insurance solutions. During her time in banking, she earned multiple federal licenses and gained extensive experience in client education and team leadership.

Idalia is passionate about financial education and believes clear communication and trust are essential in helping people navigate everyday financial decisions with confidence.

Outside of work, Idalia is a proud mother of four children, ages 14 to 2. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially bike rides and simple moments together.
