Carol Bull

Director of Retirement Plan Operations

Carol serves Servant Solutions as Director of Retirement Plan Operations. She manages the Operations Team, which handles the addition of new members and organizations,  processing of funds in and out of the plan, and assisting participants with changes to their accounts – beneficiaries, bank accounts, investments, etc.

She also works closely with many of our partners to proactively deal with issues that arise, ensure we are administering our plan correctly, and stay up to date on the latest IRS rulings and how they will affect our team, organizations, and participants. 

Carol earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Anderson University with majors in French and Family Science.

Carol came to Servant Solutions in August 2019 with six years of experience with the Social Security Administration, and ten years of experience with Liberty Christian School where she has served as a French teacher and an administrative assistant.  Carol and her husband, Jeff, have been married 33 years and attend East Side Church of God. In her spare time, Carol enjoys reading and baking.
