For many pastors, Christian school teachers, and church staff members, personal finances can feel intimidating. We didn’t enter our calling to become budgeting experts or retirement planners. We entered to serve, teach, shepherd, and care. Yet questions about saving, managing debt, or planning for retirement often linger in the background.
If those questions feel familiar, you’re not alone. At Servant Solutions, we see it all the time. Financial uncertainty isn’t a sign of failure. It usually comes from complex pay structures, unique benefits, and years of putting others first.
The good news? You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Growing in financial confidence isn’t about spreadsheets or chasing perfection. It’s about stewardship, learning to wisely manage what God has entrusted to you so money supports your calling rather than stresses you. When finances feel unclear, they quietly drain energy. When clarity grows, it creates space for peace, generosity, and focus.
One of the best ways to gain that clarity is together. Learning in community, especially with others who understand ministry life, makes financial conversations far less overwhelming. Your private questions are often the same ones others are asking. Shame loosens its grip, and confidence grows when you no longer carry it alone.
That’s why Servant Solutions is launching Stewardship Circles. Members (and their spouses) meet for four consecutive Thursdays from 2 to 3 PM EST, via Zoom. Each Circle offers practical teaching and guided discussion on budgeting, debt, savings, risk management, and retirement. These are approachable conversations designed to meet you where you are.
If you’ve ever thought, “I want to understand this better, but don’t know where to start,” a Stewardship Circle is for you. Ask questions, listen, learn, and take next steps side by side with others who share your values and calling.
