Servant Solutions is more than a retirement company. We are a ministry dedicated to serving those who serve the Kingdom. For more than 75 years, we’ve been helping ministry leaders build financial security so they can continue making a lasting Kingdom impact.
Our 403(b)(9) retirement plan is designed specifically for pastors, church staff, missionaries, Christian educators, and others faithfully serving in ministry settings.
What many people may not realize is that Servant Solutions also gives back directly to the Kingdom. We support ministries, we serve those working in them, and we provide financial blessings to newly credentialed pastors through our Newly Credentialed Pastor Program.
Who Qualifies as “Newly Credentialed”?
We consider a pastor newly credentialed if they have reached the highest level of credentialing within their church body (often ordination) within the last five years.
Our Gift to You
To encourage healthy saving habits early in ministry, Servant Solutions makes an initial $500 contribution into a new or existing retirement account for qualified pastors who:
1. Are employed at a Servant Solutions–eligible ministry at least 20 hours per week
2. Receive compensation from that eligible ministry
3. Have been fully credentialed by an approved church body within the last five years
How the Program Works
To accept this gift, newly credentialed pastors complete/submit a brief acceptance form acknowledging that the purpose of this program is to encourage healthy retirement-saving habits.
After one year of regular contributions into their Servant Solutions retirement account, participants receive a second gift. The amount of this second gift has grown over the years as God continues to bless the seed money planted many decades ago:
Credentialed before January 2023 → $500
Credentialed January 2023 or after → $1,000
Our Commitment
