In the midst of the developing situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are sending this brief report on our activities and the work we do on your behalf here at Servant Solutions.
First, know that our prayers are with you and we hope that all of you are taking the necessary precautions to protect yourselves. We are taking steps to protect employees and members, including taking preventive measures related to travel and flexible work arrangements for our staff.
Servant Solutions is committed to honoring the Lord by being a trusted partner with our participants in enhancing their financial security. We expect to continue operating smoothly and have put in place measures that allow employees to work from home. We want to reassure our participants that your contributions will be deposited timely and distribution requests will be processed within the normal 3-5 business day window that you’ve experienced prior to this outbreak.
During this period of heightened caution, we kindly request that you do not visit our office. However, our team is available by phone or online. Our desire and intent is to protect you from any exposure that may occur while in our offices.
Since 1949, we have been “serving those who serve” in times of growth and in challenging times. We will continue to do so in these difficult days as it is woven into the very mission of what we do.
What Can We Do Together?
1. Pray for Servant Solutions, our participants, your community, and our country. No one knows what the future holds, hence we turn to God for guidance.
2. Take every reasonable precaution to prevent the spread of the virus.
3. Remain steadfast in our prayer and financial support of our local churches.
