We are so excited to be transitioning to a new Automated Clearing House or ACH (an electronic bank transfer system), called PlanPoint 360.

This new system will become the standard way all employers submit contributions moving forward.

With PlanPoint 360, you can expect:

  • The ability to assign multiple users

  • Flexible scheduling for contributions

  • Enhanced security protections

  • A more streamlined process, including selective recurring options

The video below will guide you through the setup process and familiarize you with the new platform. 

To complete your setup, you will simply: 

  • Click the link provided in the email you receive from PlanPoint 360

  • Create a new password 

  • Log in to access your account 

You can also access a step-by-step illustrated guide with screenshots that walks you through creating your password for the first time and downloading an authenticator app.
