Tonya serves Servant Solutions as a distribution specialist. She processes daily distribution requests, ensuring that forms include everything necessary for approval before submitting them to Principal for processing. She works closely with Principal to ensure the requests are properly completed. When a member is ready to retire, Tonya will help him/her set up a monthly payment (via annuity or installment payment). If a member needs to change his/her monthly retirement payments, Tonya will assist in completing the change. She also works with our members’ beneficiaries when they inherit an account. She counts it as an honor to serve families as they go through the difficult process of losing a loved one.
Tonya earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.
Tonya came to Servant Solutions in March of 2021 with over fourteen years of business office management experience, including serving at a Christian school and a non-profit ministry center. She and her husband, Matt, have two daughters. Tonya and Matt enjoy taking long drives to various places and spending time with family and friends whenever possible.
