Joining the Servant Solutions Retirement Plan is simple. Follow the steps below to request your membership application, choose your investment options, and learn more about how the plan supports your future.
Step 1: Find Your Employer
To get started, enter the ZIP code of your employer. Then select your employer from the list that appears.
Step 2: Share Your Basic Information
Once you've selected your employer, fill out a short form with your basic information.
Step 3: Connect With Our Team
After you submit your request, a member of our team will reach out to help you begin the enrollment process. They'll send your membership application through PandaDoc, our secure online platform. From there, you can select your investment options and review additional details about the plan.
Prefer to work with a paper copy?
A PDF form is available upon request, so you can print it and complete it by hand.
