Mike Snyder

Financial Wellness Coordinator

Mike Snyder

Mike serves as the Financial Wellness Coordinator for Servant Solutions. He works with new and current members to strengthen their financial habits, including budgeting and goal setting, so they can pursue greater financial freedom with encouragement, professional guidance, and pastoral care. Mike’s passion for helping people develop confidence in their own financial understanding comes from years of working within a ministry budget. He has participated in Servant Solutions for 20 years, both as a member and as part of the ministry leadership team that commissioned the original “Financial Toolkit” written by Jerry Fox.

Mike has served Church of God congregations both full-time and co-vocationally in East Indiana Central since 2004, including Rainbow Acres Church of God (now Avon Community), South Meridian Church of God, and The Church at Broadway Park, a Church of God congregational restart in Alexandria. In addition to his congregational and financial ministry, Mike is an accomplished musician who performs and teaches and conducts community music through Madison County Community Music at Anderson University.

Mike holds a Master of Theological Studies degree from Anderson University School of Theology as well as a Doctor of Ministry degree from North Park and Fuller Theological Seminaries. Mike and his wife, Crystal, live in Anderson, Indiana, with their dog Ella. In his free time, Mike enjoys making music, playing hockey and pinball, fishing, cycling, and traveling to new places. Around here, he especially enjoys helping members gain financial momentum and helping clergy members maximize housing allowance and SECA benefits.
