Carol serves as the Director of Retirement Plan Operations at Servant Solutions, where she leads the Operations Team in delivering exceptional service to participating organizations and plan members. Her team oversees the onboarding of new members and employers, processes contributions and distributions, and assists participants with account-related updates, including beneficiary designations, banking information, and investment changes.
In addition to leading day-to-day operations, Carol collaborates closely with strategic partners to address operational challenges, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and stay current on evolving IRS guidance and industry best practices. Her commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and service helps ensure the retirement plan is administered with excellence and integrity.
Carol earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Anderson University with majors in French and Family Science.
Before joining Servant Solutions in August 2019, Carol spent six years with the Social Security Administration and ten years at Liberty Christian School, where she served as both a French teacher and office administrator.
Carol and her husband, Jeff, married shortly after college and have three adult children. They attend East Side Church of God. In her free time, Carol enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
